NAEYC
(National Association for the Education of Young Children)
This membership organization is dedicated to “promote high-quality early learning” to children from the time they are born to when they reach the age of eight (NAEYC). NAEYC is designed to bring together early childhood educators, and anyone interested in high-quality learning of this age group. This organization works with individuals and affiliated groups to come up with beneficial resources to help improve early childhood education. NAEYC has a diverse community of educators to help them thrive in being a useful resource to all different families and children with diverse backgrounds. This is to ensure helpful developmental tools to help a diverse group of children become successful in their educational and personal development journey.
By signing up and becoming a member of this organization you will receive weekly emails discussing current trends, challenges, and helpful resources surrounding the topic of improving and progressing in early childhood development. Of lately NAEYC sent out helpful recourses and information on the importance of having your voice heard and voting in the latest presidential election. They discussed who was advocating for early childhood development programs and what we can do to support these candidates that are on the side of improving the ECE field.
By joining this membership you are improving and growing in the knowledge of early childhood development. This is a very helpful source because it is a great growing network of individuals interested in helping the next generation of learners become as successful as they can be.
